UK EXCHANGE & RETURNS

ERRANDS offers a full refund and/or exchange (excluding shipping) providing the product(s) are returned within the 14-day period after physically receiving the product (UK).  

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE & RETURNS

International orders are to be returned within a 14-day period after physically receiving the product, once the return is approved a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange/credit note will be provided. 
If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. ERRANDS is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. This may result in either cancellation/fees deducted from the customer's return. 

RETURNS PROCESS

To start a return email the following errands@errands.london with a reason for the return before sending any product(s), so customer service can assist. 
Customer service can take between 1-3 working days to reply to customer queries so please keep this in mind when initiating a return with our team. 

Any items that arrive back to the ERRANDS warehouse not in the same condition as bought, will result in either cancellation/fees deducted from the customer's return. Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with ERRANDS. Please also be aware that ERRANDS will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommends all returns be sent by recorded delivery.
